Version dated 22 October 2026. We deliver only to currently served countries offered in checkout. After entering your address, you see available carriers, charges and estimated delivery times for your order. Availability may depend on shipment weight, dimensions, value and destination.
Delivery
Priority and Economic are available where checkout offers them. The specific stated terms determine the service, not its name alone. International delivery is always charged. Some services within Czechia may be free when their specific conditions are met: the conditions for the particular service are shown when you select delivery in checkout. All other available options and charges are displayed before submission.
Unless stated otherwise, the carrier's estimated time concerns transport after dispatch. For bank transfers, dispatch follows receipt of funds; production or preparation may have a separate period stated for the product. We notify you of delays. Deliveries outside the EU customs territory are subject to the disclosed import arrangements: The customer pays any import VAT, customs duties and customs-clearance charges in the destination country to the relevant authority or carrier. These amounts are not included in the price of the goods or delivery paid to our shop. The amount depends on the value and origin of the goods and the destination country’s rules; information is available from the local customs authority or delivering carrier.
We provide tracking where supported by the service and a shipment number has been assigned. Use the link in the dispatch confirmation. Tracking availability is not itself a guarantee of a delivery date.
Payment
Bank transfer is available for all served countries. The account, currency, payment reference and deadline are supplied in the order instructions. Follow those instructions; do not email sensitive payment credentials.
Cash on delivery is available only in Czechia and Slovakia with supported carriers; the surcharge and total are shown before ordering.
Methods not offered for a particular order cannot be selected. Withdrawal instructions explain refunds; defects are covered by the Complaints policy.
